Pickleball Tournament

What: Annunciation Septemberfest Doubles Pickleball Tournament
When: Saturday, September 20th 2025, 10 am-2 pm
Where: Annunciation Parking Lot
Format: Double Elimination, 3-Courts
Two Doubles Brackets: 
•    Competitive
•    Recreational

Cost: $50 per Team. 
$25 per player *at least 2 players per team, one alternate allowed. 
Players provide their own paddles.

Must be pre-registered to participate

What: Annunciation School Parent Kickball Games
When: Saturday, September 20th 2025, 12:30am-5:30pm
Where: Wiffleball Field

Join your fellow parents for some friendly grade-level kickball competition (on the wiffle ball field)! Registration dollars will go toward each grade to help stock the classroom for the year! Registration includes a free drink, and if you have multiple kids, you only need to pay once and can play in as many grade levels as you would like! We hope this is a new fun tradition! 

Format: • 7 Players on the field at a time - everyone kicks.
                   • 6 innings (Half Hour Games)

Cost: $20 per person or $30 per couple

Pre-registering highly encouraged!

Each grades classrooms will play each other to determine the Champion of each grade!

(Example: Mrs Heer's Class vs Ms. Miley's Class -The victor of each grade will get to display the Golden Kickball in their classroom!)

LLAMA  EXPERIENCE

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 20TH 1PM - 4PM

Join Carlson’s Lovable Llamas group to feed and lead Llamas on the lawn between Church and the Parish Center. Pie Shop

FRIDAY: 5pm-9:00pm 

Donations: Pie donations can be dropped off at the Pie Shop (Church basement) on Friday or Saturday of SeptemberFest weekend. Pies will also be collected on Friday morning in the school carpool line. 

Blue Ribbon Pie Contest!  Bring homemade entries to the Pie Shop by Noon on Saturday, September 21st. Pie must be at least 8 inches, all flavors welcome, and multiple entries are accepted. Pies will be judged on appearance, taste, and creativity. Winner to be announced Saturday evening. Top three pies will be sold at a premium price—bids taken. Winning recipe will be available on the online auction.
