ADVENT GIVING TREE

ADVENT GIVING TREE

During the Advent season as we prepare to receive
the coming of our Lord at Christmas, we have the
opportunity to show God’s love in giving to others
who are in need during this season.

A Christmas tree is placed in the church’s
Community Room during the first Sunday of Advent
on which ornaments are hung with specific gift
suggestions for gift ideas.

Ornaments are removed from the tree, gifts
purchased by parishioners and returned to the
church (business office if monetary gifts or Under
the Cross a material gift) where they are sorted and
distributed to local families and charities.
