08/31/2016 SH Kick Off Night
When: 6:00pm-10:00pm, Sunday, September 25th, 2016
Where: Brunswick Zone XL - Lakeville (Meet at the Youth Room)
Cost: $30 will cover the cost of admission, snack, 2 games of laser tag, 1 hour of bowling, door prizes and transportation.

08/30/2016 Math Expressions Training
Beginning this fall, our Kindergarten through 5th grade students will use the Houghton Mifflin Math Expressions curriculum. Watch for more information in the weeks ahead about this exciting change and how you can support your child's math growth.
To help us better prepare for this new curriculum, Math Instruction expert, Judy Rohde, worked with our Annunciation teachers and classroom aides (instructional assistants) this past week during our workshop.
08/29/2016 Blessing of the New Playground 2016
We officially 'opened' the new playground with a blessing from Fr. Park while the whole school gathered together.
08/29/2016 Middle School Dances the Cancan
Annunciation Middle School started the school year off with a 'paper plate cancan' in the playground. We are sure excited about the new year!
08/24/2016 Back to School Night
Please stop by your child’s classroom (K-8) to check in on your room assignments, talk to the teachers about the coming year, and get basic information for the classroom. Parent Information Night on September 22 will provide more details for the classrooms and year ahead.

08/18/2016 SeptemberFest Raffle Tickets
Your Annunciation Raffle Tickets are available for pick up in the church south Foyer. The Grand Prize is $3,000.00 again this year, but the drawingwill take place Saturday, September 17th at 9:00pm just after the Homerun Derby!
If each family sells or purchase $50 of tickets the Septemberfest raffle would raise over $50,000 for Annunciation so let the selling begin!
If you need more tickets you can get more through the Business Office by talking to Mary Grace.

Saturday, August 27, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Mary Mother of the Church, Burnsville
Learn about God's plan for grandparents about how to pass on a Heritage of Faith. Presenters include Archbishop Andrew Cozzens, Jeff Cavins, Judy Cozzens, Katherine Kersten and topics include: The Importance of Intergenerational Faith in Our Culture Today, God's Message for Grandparents, Pope Francis and the Role for Grandparents in the Family and Parish, How to Strengthen Faith with Adult Children and Grandchildren. Breakout sessions will address: Resources for Prayer and Passing on the Faith, Grand-parenting Through Difficulties, How to be a Grandparent When You Are Miles Away, Unleashing the Healing Power of Prayer, Discipling Grandchildren: Putting Faith into Practice.
When I made my retreat this past June, my spiritual director pointed me in the direction of a wonderful website that is becoming for me a rich resource for prayer. I would like to share some of its treasures with you.
